Transfer Oil S.p.A. is a reference company in the high-pressure and ultra-high thermoplastic flexible hose sector strongly oriented to exports. The offices, located in the north of Italy, a few kilometers from Parma, is the headquarter of its three foreign branches (two in Asia and one in the United States). The Houston branch, (Texas), a young but rapidly growing company, is looking for a Sales Representative for its sales team.
The resource shall promote the company's turnover, looking after its reputation and operating in line with objectives and targets. Specifically, we expect he/she will:
- Present and sell companies products to new and existing customers;
- Prospect and contact potential customers;
- Perform proactive telephone and in person sales inquiries to stimulate new sales activities;
- Reach agreed sales targets by the deadline;
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments;
- Create sales material to present to customers.
All this, ensuring compliance with existing procedures and promoting continuous improvement within the function.
The candidate will report directly to the General Manager and, in the performance of his/her duties, will actively liaise with all colleagues within the company.
For the sought position, the candidate should ideally meet the following requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Hydraulic and Industrial hose application. Experience in sales and marketing Hydraulic hoses a plus;
- Highly energetic and a self-starter;
- Familiarity with CRM platforms;
- Ability to build rapport with clients;
- Strong negotiating skills;
- Deadline and detail-oriented;
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
