Transfer Oil’s Code of Ethics represents the company’s core values and acts as a guide for employees, management, and other stakeholders to make ethical decisions and carry out their work activities in a socially responsible manner. To ensure these principles are effectively upheld, the company has implemented a Whistleblowing portal through which employees, business partners, suppliers and third parties can confidentially report any concerns related to unethical behavior or violations of company policies. In addition, the Transfer Oil Supplier Code of Conduct, ensures greater supervision of sustainability and ethical standards within the supply chain. This document is shared with suppliers to verify their adherence to the company’s principles, including respect for human rights, health and safety, and business ethics.

Whistleblowing is a service that offers to employees, business partners, suppliers and third parties the opportunity to report illegal, ethically questionable behavior or violations of company policies.
The service is conceived to ensure maximum ease of use and privacy. Users can access the service through the dedicated portal and make reports in full anonymity following the appropriate procedure.

Supplier Code of Conduct
Transfer Oil requires all suppliers and partners to comply with high ethical, social, and environmental standards. The Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum requirements regarding regulatory compliance, human rights, working conditions, environmental protection, quality, and safety.
