Transfer Oil recognizes that the hose and fittings are two semi-finished components that make up the final product: the hose assembly.

The performance of the complete hose assembly is limited by the lowest-rated component among the hose, fittings and coupling.

The correct selection of fittings is therefore essential to ensure the safe and reliable operation of any hose assembly.

The following pages show the different fittings and ferrule categories, including dimensions and compatible hose diameters.

By following the recommendations for hose assembly routing and installation, safety can be improved and the service life of the hose installation can be extended.
