Transfer Oil S.p.A., a leading company in the high-pressure thermoplastic flexible hose sector, strongly oriented to exports with its three foreign branches (two in Asia and one in North America), is looking for a
Sales Front Office Employee.
The resource is being asked to manage the daily needs in the commercial relationship with the customer, aiming at the complete satisfaction of the latter.
Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:
- Taking care of the commercial proposals to be sent to the customer;
- Managing relations with customers and supporting them during the commercial and post-sales negotiation phases;
- Participating in the organisation and management of external and internal events, such as trade fairs and customer visits;
- Co-operating with other corporate staff to fulfil customer requests.
All this while ensuring compliance with existing procedures and promoting continuous improvement within the function.
The candidate will report directly to the Front Office Team Coordinator and will interface with all teams within the company in the performance of his/her duties.
For the proposed position, the candidate should preferably meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in English and French, both in written and spoken form
- Aptitude for negotiation and good language skills, also in foreign languages;
- Open to travel, also abroad and/or for several days;
- Good knowledge of the Office365 package;
- Knowledge of other languages may be required depending on the area assigned and, in any case, will be considered a plus.
The offer is for the candidate to be employed on a fixed- term basis, at first.
